Brilliant Filet Crochet Bookmarks
Do you love to read? Mark your place with these clever filet crochet bookmarks! In addition to the “Love to Read” and “I Love Books” choices, charts are provided to create your own four- or six-position personalized bookmarks. Five different border styles are also provided for added variety. These bookmarks make great stash-buster projects!
For these bookmarks, the filled blocks are created with two stitches compared to three stitches typically used in filet crochet projects.
Materials:
- All models were created using cotton crochet thread, size 10, in a variety of colors, and a size 9 (1.40 mm) steel crochet hook.
- Add a bow with 1/8″ satin ribbon, if desired.
Finished Sizes:
- Width: 3″ to 3-1/4″
- Length: 1-3/4″ to 12″
- Difference in measurements is due to different border styles.
