Filet Lace Heart Wall Hanging

Filet Lace Heart Wall Hanging - Coming Soon!

This Filet Lace Heart Wall Hanging, worked in filet crochet, uses open spaces, filled blocks and lacet stitches to create this lacy heart design.

The filet crochet technique is akin to crocheting a piece of graph paper with some of the square grids filled in and some left open (or blank) to create an overall design. More open designs, such as the lacet which incorporates multiple grids, can create an even lacier effect! This pattern includes both row-by-row written instructions as well as a design chart for reference.

  • If you enjoy interlocking filet crochet, with a few diagonals added in, this design is also available as the Interlocking Lace Heart Afghan.
