Fun & Fancy Crochet Snowflakes Vol. 2

Decorate packages, windows, a tree or wreath with these fun and challenging crochet snowflakes. Connect multiple snowflakes to create an elegant hanging ornament, and add crystal beads and/or clear glitter paint for an extra touch … or even connect several small snowflakes together to create a beautiful lacy garland!

All of my snowflake designs are inspired by the photographs of the “Snowflake Man” – Wilson A. Bentley.

Materials:

All snowflakes were created using white cotton crochet thread, size 10, and a size 8 (1.50 mm) steel crochet hook.
Stiffening supplies: foam core board, plastic wrap, fabric stiffener, paper towel and rust-proof straight pins.
Optional materials: assorted ribbon, jump rings, jewelry findings, crystal beads, clear glitter paint, ornament hangers, small suction cups with hook.

Finished Sizes:

Instructions are provided for seven large snowflakes; and one medium, small, and mini snowflake.
