Triple Strategy Afghan Set
This double-sided Triple Strategy Afghan is three games in one! Play chess or checkers on the front of the afghan; or turn it over and play backgammon on the back! Which is your favorite game?
This pattern set includes written instructions and chart for the Triple Strategy double mosaic afghan, as well as instructions for the chess, checkers and backgammon pieces, and dice. In addition, pre-ticked overlay mosaic charts are provided for the Backgammon and Chess/Checkers afghans separately, if you prefer to make individual afghans!

Materials:
- Afghan: Acrylic DK weight yarn, in variegated and solid colors, and size 6/0 (3.50 mm) and 7/0 (4.00 mm) crochet hooks were used.
- Backgammon, Chess & Checkers Pieces: Acrylic DK weight yarn, in two colors, a size 6/0 (3.50 mm) crochet hook, and plastic canvas circles (3″ and 5-7/8″) were used.
- Dice: Acrylic DK weight yarn, in two colors, a size 6/0 (3.50 mm) crochet hook, and 4-1/2″ plastic canvas squares were used.
Finished Sizes:
- Triple Strategy Afghan: 65″ wide x 62″ high
- Backgammon Pieces: 4″ diameter
- Dice: 4-1/2″ cube
- Checkers/Chess Pieces: 6″ diameter
