April Showers Baby Afghan Set
This adorable April-themed baby afghan set includes the April Showers Afghan with join-as-you-go umbrella motifs, and coordinating Rainy Day Jacket and Galoshes sized for your newborn to 12 month old. The jacket and afghan incorporate a corner-to-corner style technique to create the design. This set is fourth in a series of baby afghan sets using a hybrid of corner-to-corner and filet crochet techniques, with a touch of patchwork, and popcorn stitches added to enhance the design. Instructions are also included to make the jacket and galoshes for your American Girl doll!

Materials:
- The baby afghan and outfit were created using soft worsted weight yarn and sizes G (4.25 mm) and H (4.50 mm) crochet hooks.
- The American Girl outfit was created using DK acrylic yarn and sizes E (3.50 mm) and F (3.75 mm) crochet hooks.

- April Showers Afghan: 46″ square
- Rainy Day Jacket (chest): Newborn – 19″, 6 Months – 21-1/2″, 12 Months – 24″
- Rainy Day Galoshes (sole): Newborn – 3-1/2″, 6 Months – 4″, 12 Months – 4‑1/2″
- American Girl Outfit: Jacket – 15-1/2″ chest, Galoshes – 3″ sole
