November Patchwork Baby Afghan Set
This bright November-themed baby afghan set includes the Patchwork Afghan created with corner-to-corner style connect-as-you-go motifs, both the Autumn-Striped Cardigan and Hat sized for your newborn to 12 month old, as well as a matching cardigan and hat for your American Girl doll. This set is eleventh in a series of baby afghan sets using a hybrid of corner-to-corner and filet crochet techniques, with popcorn stitches and a touch of patchwork thrown in to enhance the design.
The American Girl Autumn-Stripe Cardigan and Hat are also included in the “Year of American Girl Hats & More…” pattern set.

Materials:
- The baby afghan, cardigan and hat were all created using soft worsted weight yarn and size G (4.25 mm), H (5.00 mm), and F (3.75 mm) crochet hooks.
- The American Girl outfit was created with DK weight acrylic yarn and size E (3.50 mm), F (3.75 mm) and D (3.25 mm) crochet hooks.
Finished Size:
- Patchwork Afghan: 42″ square
- Autumn-Stripe Cardigan (chest): Newborn – 19″, 6 Months – 21-1/2″, 12 Months – 24″
- Autumn-Stripe Hat (circumference): Newborn – 12-1/2″, 6 Months – 14-3/4″, 12 Months – 17″
- American Girl Outfit: Cardigan – 15-1/2″ chest, Hat – 12″ circumference
